- This is a common problem for support personel - the customer doesn't
- know enough about their modem and serial port configuration, and MSD
- is wrong in a high percentage of the cases. We have a product designed
- specifically for customer support operations called "PortInfo for
- Customer Suport" that accurately detects the ports & IRQs used by the
- modem(s) and even verifies the Windows SYSTEM.INI file for Windows
- use.
